Is your kid a LEGO fanatic? Here's there chance to build, test, and be part of all things LEGO.

LEGOLAND Discovery Center Boston is searching for their 2018-2019 Creative Crew, a group of twelve children ages 5-10 who will have the opportunity to participate in exclusive LEGO build sessions with LEGOLAND Discovery Center Boston Master Model Builder Megan Amaral, attend special events and be the first to test new rides and see new features of the attraction.

This year, the Creative Crew finalists will compete in a live LEGO® brick building competition called Junior Brick Factor where one will be crowned the first “Junior Master Model Builder.” Each month, a new Creative Crew member will earn the title during build challenges with Megan so they can all improve their build and creativity skills.

The contest launches Sept. 5 and will run through Friday, Sept. 28. To apply, children must answer the question, “What does LEGO mean to you?” and submit a video or photo with a written answer. Submissions should also include an original LEGO build that the child has created. The contest is open to children throughout New England who are willing to come to LEGOLAND Discovery Center Boston once a month for Creative Crew events. Creative Crew finalists will be chosen by Megan Amaral and announced on Monday, Oct. 1 on LEGOLAND Discovery Center Boston’s Facebook page. The induction of the new Creative Crew will be held during the Brick Factor event on Oct. 13.

“We decided to challenge this new group of young builders and have them compete each month for the title of Junior Master Model Builder,” said Megan Amaral. “The Junior Master Model Builder will assist me at the next meeting, conduct a build video that will be posted on our Facebook page and take home a LEGO trophy for their collection.”
