DIY: Make Your Own Snow

For cooler snow, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before playing with it.

Don’t wait for it to snow when you can make your own inside! 

You'll need:

• 1⁄2 cup school glue

• 2 teaspoons contact lens solution

• Large bowl

• 1 1⁄2 cups baking soda

• 1 1⁄2 cups shaving cream

• Markers

• Sealable plastic bag


1. Mix the glue and contact lens solution in the bowl.

2. Stir the baking soda and shaving cream into the mixture.

3. Play and build with the snow. Use markers to add details. Store in a plastic bag.
