Jason Momoa isn't fazed by Internet trolls mocking his 'dad bod'
Jason Momoa isn't letting body-shaming haters get him down.
The "Aquaman" actor was at Los Angeles International Airport when a TMZ paparazzo asked him about claims he has a "dad bod."
The videographer first asked Momoa about the Guinness-flavored cake for his surprise 40th birthday party, noting all that cake is probably not helping the rumors about his "dad bod."
To which Momoa replied, "Oh, that's alright," while rubbing his ripped stomach.
When asked if the body-shaming comments were offensive, he added, "No, not at all."
Momoa even joked about the topic quipping "Tell TMZ I'll show you my dad bod soon," as he got into the car.
Despite some hateful comments from Internet trolls, many of Aquaman's fans came to his rescue.
"Apparently, the internet is body shaming Jason Momoa for this photo, saying he has a 'dad bod,' " one user wrote. "Hahahahaha! Go home, internet. You're drunk."
"Can’t believe Jason Momoa is being body shamed!" another fan wrote. "This is what a fit male who works out looks like. People’s minds are SO warped by CGI bods/how celeb bods *temporarily* look after they’ve been put through the wars in exchange for 7 figures."
Another fan chimed in, "Jason Momoa could gain 200 more pounds and still get it. Y'all are wack. Let him live his beach bum life to the fullest."
