You’re probably used to seeing yummy gummies in the shape of a little bear, but you can use this recipe to make any shape you’d like. These green shamrocks are a perfect treat for St. Patrick’s Day. Any silicone mold will work, and you’ll find a wide variety of shapes and sizes at any craft store.
1 3-oz. package of Jello (any flavor/color)
1 tablespoon gelatin
½ cup water
Pour ½ cup of water into a saucepan set on low heat.
Add 1 package of Jello, then add the 1 tablespoon of gelatin. Mix until dissolved, then remove from heat.
Using a dropper, add the mixture into the mold.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until solid. Once the gummies are hard you should be able to easily pop them out of the mold. If you find them hard to take out, keep them in the fridge a bit longer to be sure they are fully solidified.
The gummies will keep in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to a week.
