Eight-year-old Shayna Rose launched a class newspaper only a few months ago and has already scored some impressive interviews with policemen, teachers and firefighters and more recently, Governor Baker.

When her trip to the State Capitol for the interview got interrupted due to the Tzarnov verdict, Gov. Baker invited her to sit with media at the press
conference and followed it up with a private interview in his office.

Other well-known reporters have taken notice of this young Southborough reporter including Janet Wu of WCVB, Channel 5.

“Janet was wonderful and spent about 10 minutes letting my daughter interview her,” said her dad Chris.
